This is how you build something that works – by building something that doesn’t work and tweaking it.

What do I mean by ‘build’, though? Well, it depends on your context. For a book, you write it. For software, you code it. For a robot that cleans whiteboards, you assemble it. The key is to take the idea and turn it into something that could be the solution.
